Lesson Overview

Capacity Tuesday, maximum 12 people
Friday, maximum 8 people
Fee 1,900 yen per session (tax included)
*For those joining after 8 PM, the fee is 1,500 yen.
Application method Please make a reservation by phone or through the reservation form on our website.
Precautions *The last 30 minutes will be dedicated to practicing with other participants.
*If there are two or fewer participants, the coach's participation time will be 55 minutes. You are welcome to use the machines if they are available.
*Please note that we can only accept reservations up to the end of the following month.
