日頃は当店をご利用いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。
当店では台利用・レッスンのキャンセルにつきまして、以下の通りにキャンセルポリシーを定めております。

予約前日12時までのキャンセル ⇒ キャンセル料なし
予約前日12時以降のキャンセル ⇒ キャンセル料100%をいただきます

何卒ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

※キャンセル料は、予約日時以降に、ご予約の際にご入力いただいたメールアドレス／電話番号宛てに、メール／SMSにてご請求をお送りさせていただきます。（発信元メールアドレス：invoice@payment.one　発信元電話番号：05058467930（Docomo・KDDI・Rakuten）・243125（ソフトバンク））

Cancellation Policy

Regarding the cancellation of table rentals and lessons, our facility has established the following cancellation policy.

Cancellations made by 12:00 PM the day before the reservation ⇒ No cancellation fee
Cancellations made after 12:00 PM the day before the reservation ⇒ 100% cancellation fee

*Note: The cancellation fee invoice will be sent via email or SMS to the email address or phone number provided at the time of reservation, on or after your scheduled reservation date and time. 取消政策

关于球桌租赁与课程的取消，本店制定了以下取消政策。

预约日前一天12:00前取消 ⇒ 免收取消费用
预约日前一天12:00后取消 ⇒ 收取100%取消费用

悪天候（台風など）時の対応について

台風などの悪天候により、公共交通機関の運休や警報が発令された場合の対応は以下の通りです。
キャンセル料について：ご来店が困難な状況と判断される場合、キャンセル料を免除させていただく場合がございます。
臨時休業について：悪天候により安全な営業が困難と判断し、臨時休業とする場合は、ホームページやSNS等で速やかにお知らせいたします。

Regarding Severe Weather (Typhoons, etc.)

In the event of severe weather conditions resulting in public transportation suspensions or official warnings:
Cancellation Fees: The cancellation fee may be waived if travel to our facility is deemed unsafe or impossible.
Temporary Closures: If we decide to temporarily close the facility due to safety concerns, notices will be promptly posted on our website and social media.
