Unmanned store operations
Ueroku Table Tennis Center will be operating as an unmanned store every day from 8am to 10am, and from 9:30pm to 11pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 8pm to 11pm on Wednesdays, and from 6pm to 11pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays! (Reservations required) It's a pay-as-you-go system, so you can use it easily! Whether you want to hit the machines alone, use it as a practice space, or play with family and friends, we can meet a variety of needs. Please come and use it.
How to use
If you wish to use a machine, please select the menu item that says "Machine Use".
If you wish to rent rackets or shoes, please enter the desired number on the options selection screen that appears after selecting the date, time, and menu.
Reservations close 30 minutes before the start time of use.
Payment is required in advance (by credit card) at the time of booking.

Just before your scheduled time, your entry PIN will become valid, allowing you to enter the room.
Please enter the access code sent to you via email when you made your reservation to unlock the door and enter the room.
Entering your entry code and unlocking the door constitutes the check-in process. Please be sure to enter your entry code upon entering the room.Even if you are entering the room as a replacement for the previous reservation holder, please be sure to enter the entry PIN to unlock the door before entering.
*If you have made a reservation for multiple devices or multiple plans, please use all the issued entry PINs to complete the check-in procedure within the validity period of each PIN.

If you wish to extend your usage time, please do so via the reservation confirmation page URL provided in your reservation confirmation email or by clicking the "Extend" button on your RESERVA member My Page. (The same payment method used at the time of reservation will apply to the extension fee.)
Please cooperate so that the next user can enjoy the facilities.
Please ensure the door is properly closed when you leave.
The door locks automatically with an auto-lock system.
Regarding changes and cancellations to reservations
If you wish to change your reservation, please cancel your current reservation and make a new one.
To cancel your reservation, please use the reservation details page linked in your reservation confirmation email.
Cancellations made up to two days prior to your reservation date will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made one day prior to your reservation date or later will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
